Our luxurious villa with room for six to eight people is located on an exotic sandy beach close to Lovina in Northern Bali.
The villa is fitted with all the creature comforts you could want and situated in the quiet, green surroundings of rice paddies and vineyards.

It has three air conditioned bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, and boasts a private five by twelve meter swimming pool complete with a pool deck and comfortable lounge chairs.

The villa is built on a 2000 square meter tropical garden parcel with beach frontage of 35 meters.

On one floor you will find a spacious living room, kitchen, pantry, toilet and two double bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom and air conditioning.
These bedrooms have garden and ocean views and large swinging doors opening out onto the terrace and the swimming pool.

This six by ten meter covered terrace is shaded by a natural thatched roof which also graces the rest of the villa.
The first floor has another double bedroom with air conditioning, an ocean view and an en suite bathroom. There is also a guest room with a large sofa bed to accommodate another two guests. That makes the villa suitable for a maximum of eight people.

There is also a balcony on this floor furnished as a comfortable lounge with stunning views of the Bali Sea. In total you have over 250 square meters of living space.

And finally, the villa comes with a private staff of three hospitable personnel: two domestic staff members and a gardener who are joined by a night time security guard who also does duty for the neighbours.

The villa was completed in June 2009 and brand new.

The prices are for rental of the villa as a whole, and not per person.
For a seventh and eighth person, there is an extra charge of € 25.00 per person per week.
Prices include: staff, tourist taxes, a welcome package, linens, bath towels, beach towels and the first evening meal.
The weekly price does not include electricity. You will be asked to pay a surcharge of € 25 per week, which will be settled according to actual use in order to minimize environmental impact.
The deposit is € 150,-
