“Buka Kecil” welcomes its guests to a pleasantly furnished villa with room for six people.
This gorgeous villa provides all the ingredients for an unforgettable stay on Bali.

On the ground floor there are two bedrooms furnished with double beds. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning and both have well-fitted en suite bathrooms.
The third bedroom is situated on the first floor, which has a view over the Bali Sea, and is also equipped with air conditioning and a luxurious bathroom.
In the spacious living room on the ground floor there is a comfortable lounge area where you can watch TV programs from a satellite dish or play DVDs and CDs on the surround sound system.
In addition to standard equipment, the kitchen is also stocked with creature comforts such as a microwave and a blender.

The villa is located on an approximately 2000 square meter property.
The Buka Kecil villa is situated in a tropical garden in such a way that complete privacy is guaranteed. Directly adjacent to the airy pool deck, the villa has its own five by nine meter swimming pool.
From the comfortable lounge chairs on the pool deck you can enjoy a stunning view of the garden and the Bali Sea. On the large covered terrace there is space enough for six people to have a pleasant meal at the round table.
Taking a break from the sun to read or just lounge in the shade can be done in the “Bale Benong” gazebo on the beach.

You may make use of electricity, the satellite TV, and a safe-deposit box at no extra charge. If you have your own laptop, you can connect to the internet once you have purchased an internet voucher.

The staff works six days a weeks and takes care of meal preparation and cleaning the house, garden and swimming pool . At night, there is a security guard on duty.

The prices are for rental of the villa as a whole, and not per person.
Prices include: staff, a welcome package, linens, bath towels, beach towels and the first evening meal.
The deposit is € 150,-

Payment
A deposit of 50% of the rental cost must be received within 8 days of confirmation.
The remaining balance must be paid a minimum of six weeks prior to arrival.
If the reservation takes place less than six weeks before arrival, the entire trip total plus the deposit must be paid immediately upon confirmation.

Deposits are non refundable. We advise you to take out a cancellation and/or travel insurance policy.
