The villa is located directly on the Balizee beach and is part of the village of Lokopaksa. The distance from Serirt, where most of the shops can be found, is about 2 km. Lovina is located approximately 10 km from the villa.

The house is built on an area plot of 4500 m² with a beachfront spanning 40 meters and is surrounded by an architect-designed exotic garden. There are four double bedrooms that all come with their own luxury bathroom and air conditioning. One bedroom is a twin, the rest doubles.
Two of the bedrooms lead out onto the large open veranda which in turn leads directly to the 18 x 6 meter swimming pool. Both these bedrooms have a completely private outside bathroom. The third can be found upstairs and has a 7 x 3 meter balcony. The fourth is situated at the front of the house and has a view of the large front garden.

Villa Caraka is fitted with all modern (technical) conveniences such as a flat screen television (BVN), DVD and CD player, microwave, washing machine, tumble drier, a water dispenser, safe and additional fridges.
This type of villa is called a Buka, which means ‘open’. A gentle sea breeze blows throughout the house all day thus keeping things cool.

Caraka is stylishly furnished in natural colours; white, beige and brown and has various large (covered) terraces with a direct sea view that can accommodate up to 8 people, either in pleasant comfortable chairs or at a large table measuring 2.50 x 1.10 m. The pool deck is equipped with sun beds and parasols for relaxed sunbathing.

The garden which is reminiscent of a park contains all the plants one would expect to see in the tropics and keeps on surprising with its variety. A morning or evening stroll when the sun is rising or going down can take up to an hour and you could imagine yourself to be in a butterfly garden. All the seasonal tropical fruits are available.
Caraka’s hinterland is made up of traditional Balinese rice fields and vineyards. In the mountains, from which the garden affords a beautiful view, the Balinese Hindu life takes place in all its splendour.

The staff, which is made up of a housekeeper (prembantu), two gardeners and a security guard will ensure that the guests of Caraka enjoy a completely relaxing carefree stay.

The only thing that Caraka requests of its guests is to keep one’s senses open and in return it will provide unconditional beauty.
