• Depending on the period of reservation an option of a few days can be granted.
• At the time of reservation the prices as mentioned on our website are valid.
• The currency is the Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) 1 € = Rph. 12000 (June 2011)
• At the banks and money changers you will be able to exchange money. There are also ATM machines, which allow you to withdraw money using a debit- or credit card. If you are planning on brining cash, Euro bills are the most suitable.
• A passport needs to be valid for at least 6 months at the end of your holiday
• Make sure you bring 2 copies of each passport required for registration at the tourist police during your stay.
• If you’re staying less than 30 days, you can purchase a visa at the airport (€ 20 or US$ 25) or you can purchase it through the Indonesian embassy.
• On the day of your departure, you are required to pay 150.000 Rp. in airport tax at Immigration, for each person.
• Don’t forget the required vaccinations.
• During your holiday you may arrange your own transportation and for your daily transport and / or trips you have the option of renting a car with driver.
• Also for groups more than 6 people transport can be arranged
• If you are planning on driving yourself at the LEFT SIDE of the road, an international driver’s license is required.
• The villas are located at about 3 hours by car from Ngurah Rai International Airport nearby Denpasar.
• Please notify us in advance if we need to arrange your transport from airport Denpasar or from your hotel to the villa.
• The transfer costs from the airport Denpasar to Lovina are of Rph. 500.000 up to 5 people.
• On the day of your arrival we’ll provide you with a delicious meal and a breakfast the morning after.
• Only use the water dispenser or bottled water for cooled drinking water.
• The villas are equipped with a wireless WiFi Internet connection. You can gain access to this connection by purchasing an Internet voucher.
• More detailed information about supermarkets, Internet, restaurants, excursions etc, you’ll find in the ‘house booklet’ of the villa.
• Unless agreed otherwise, you are kindly requested to leave the villa on the day of your departure at 12 PM.

Deposit and energy
If not otherwise agreed the rent includes utility costs.

If a deposit is applied, in general € 150,00, the amount will be returned, less any damage or repair, within 2 weeks after termination.
