'Insulinde Beachvilla' is situated on the quiet northern coast of Bali on a plot of 3000 m2 with a beachfront of 60 mtr. in the village of Dencarik between Lovina and Seririt.
Insulinde consists of two separate buildings, 'the Villa' (main building) and 'the Lumbung' (separate guesthouse), both with their own swimming pool. It is situated along a quiet and easily accessible road, some 800 meters from the main Singaraja to Seririt highway.
'The Villa' has three spacious bedrooms, each with their own en suite bathroom, with shower, toilet and double washing basin. A child cot is available and can easily be put in the bedroom. The villa further consists of a separate dining room, situated next to the kitchen, and a very large living room (about 85 m2). The bedrooms and dining room are all air-conditioned. The main living room has an open character and is equipped with a ceiling ventilator.
'The Villa ' has a large covered outdoor terrace with ventilator and lighting. From the terrace you have a magnificent view of the Bali sea via the swimming pool (6 x 12 meter).
The pool deck is furnished with sun beds and sunshades. In the garden you will find a Bale Benong (Balinees open rest house) placed directly at the beach front to relax and enjoy the beautiful sea view.
Lumbung means rice barn. 'The Lumbung' is the guesthouse of the villa, but also functions as a separate holiday home. It has its own swimming pool (4 x 8 meter) with sun beds and parasol.
The air-conditioned bedrooms, each with their own bathroom equipped with shower, toilet and washbasin, are situated on the ground floor.
On the first floor you will find the living room with open kitchen. This open living space is equipped with a ceiling ventilator. The first floor has two balconies that can be reached from the living room via sliding doors. From the balconies you will have a magnificent view of the Bali sea on the one side and the rice fields, vineyards and mountain at the other side.
Both 'the Villa and 'the Lumbung' have their own TV, DVD and sound system (micro-set with a selection of CD's). The most important TV channels are available. In 'the Villa' you will find an iPod with an extensive music collection.
'The Villa' has a laptop with 'online' internet connection. The internet connection can be arranged by buying a voucher via a local provider.
The villa has a small library, with mainly Dutch and some English language books.
Golfers will find a golf set for both men and ladies. The nearest golf course is Bali Handara, an 18 hole course located at a spectacular location in the mountains.
The Villa and Lumbung are cleaned daily: bed linen and towels (for shower and swimming pool) are available. Beds are changed 2x per week, towels daily. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available. The staff can do your washing and ironing if requested.

In case the rental period is longer than one month a 15% discount is applied for the period after the first month.
The prices are for rental of the villa as a whole, and not per person.
Prices include: staff, tourist taxes, a welcome package, linens, bath towels, beach towels and the first evening meal.
