Villa
Villa Namaste is a luxury villa with guesthouse build in 2008. It is situated on a plot of 2000 square meters directly at the beach and surrounded at the backside with rice fields and vineyards.
The villa has 2 large covered terraces equipped with fans to provide you a welcome cooling breeze. On one of them you will find a large dining table and the other is provided with a cozy sit.

Besides 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with connected bathroom, the villa has a spacious air-conditioned living and a large kitchen.
All bedrooms are provided with double king-size beds. However, two bedrooms can be equipped with 2 large single beds. Also one child’s bed is available.
Each bedroom has a cabinet-wall with sliding doors to store your clothing, personal belongings and suitcases.

In the fully equipped living you can receive, via satellite, many TV stations on a large modern flat screen monitor.
If you bring your own favorite CD’s and DVD’s with you, they can be played on a home theater installation.

Guesthouse
Two more persons can be accommodated in the free standing guesthouse, by which the total number of guests that can be accommodated comes to 8.
The guesthouse (36 square meters) is air-conditioned and consists of a living area with a small kitchen with refrigerator, a bedroom area and a bathroom.
This bedroom also has a cabinet wall with sliding doors to store your clothing, personal belongings and suitcases
The guesthouse has its own 20 square meters covered terrace with a cozy sit.

Garden
In the Balinese garden with a nice pond and waterfall you will find complete rest.
Almost at the beach you can lay yourself down in the “Bale Benong” on comfortable cushions and look over the sea and beach, swimming pool and garden.
The swimming pool of 5 by 12 meters has a large pool deck with 4 comfortable deckchairs and 2 large parasols.

Additional provisions
In case you’ve got your own laptop with you; internet communication is possible via WIFI. However, you need to buy a voucher for logging in. The helpdesk can help you to obtain a voucher
The master bedroom as well as the guesthouse has a safe to store your valuables.
Towels and bed linen are included. A washing machine is available.

Staff and transportation
Our staff of 3 to 4 people is available to make your stay unforgettable. They will be there 6 days per week and if you want, they can prepare you western or oriental meals.
During the night a guard watches over the property.

When you make you booking final, we would like you to inform us whether we need to arrange transportation from the airport to the villa.
Cost for maximal 5 persons including baggage is 500.000 Rp (about 35 Euros). The amount needs to be paid at arrival at the villa.
Incase of 6 or more people including baggage a second car is advisable.

If wanted, we can provide you with a private driver and car (max. 7 guests) for the time of your stay on Bali. In that case our private driver/guide Peter will be 24 hour per day available. The cost for this service is 225.000 Rp (about 16 Euro) per day (exclusive petrol, with minimum of 7 days). He also will provide transportation from and to the airport. However, if the group is larger than 4 persons with a lot of baggage, an additional car is advisable.

Guesthouse can only be rented in combination with the villa.

Deposit and energy costs
Energy cost are included in the rent.
The deposit to be paid is 150 Euros.
The deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks after your departure. Eventual damage or repairs will be deducted from the deposit.

Payment
A down payment of 30% is required within 14 days after acceptance of the rental agreement.
Your booking will only be final after receipt of your down payment.
The remainder of the amount plus the deposit of 150 Euros needs to be paid minimal 6 week before arrival.
If the reservation falls within 6 weeks before arrival the total rent and deposit needs to be paid in full, directly after acceptance of the rental agreement.

Down payments are nonrefundable. We advise you to buy cancellation insurance.
